All rooms are in our 2-house gated compound on Inocencio (a quiet dead-end street off Aurora), only a few minutes walk to Libertad (A.Arnaiz) for 7-11 and Robinsons Easymart; where it’s easy to get taxis/jeepneys to Makati, MOA plus easy rides to markets, LRT or MRT.

These houses are older but well-maintained. All rooms have access to an outdoor undercover kitchen. All rooms have individual CR, however some are in a well-lit covered area next to the houses. Each lockable CR is allocated to a nearby room

Peaceful older gated compound on T.Innocencio (a quiet side street off Aurora), only a few minutes walk to Libertad (A Arnaiz) for 7-11 / PTT and Robinsons, where its good for taxis or jeepneys to Makati, LRT, or MOA.Angkas and Joyride motorbikes can pick up or drop off at our gates, but taxis or cars will be at the corner with Aurora - a 1 minute walk.There are many neighborhood shops, stalls, snack bars, laundry, barbershops and more along Aurora.

KINDLY NOTE: Street sign, Meralco, Maynilad and Pasay City all correctly use AGUSTO as street name from the corner with Aurora BUT Google Maps shows it as “557 T.Inocencio”.In Google Search or Google Maps use "PasayBahay @Inocencio" to find our exact location.
